| There was no hot water the first two days and it took four trips to the front desk before it was finally turned on. The hotel did not offer any alternate accommodations or discounts for the inconvenience. |

| I stayed at your hotel last summer for a family reunion. I was very pleasantly pleased with the accomodations. I loved eveything about this hotel from the rooms, the shows, and the staff were great. I wouldn't hesitate to return for another visit or recommend this hotel to my friends. |
